Silhouet

The people building the make side.

A small team from fashion, supply chain, and applied AI, building the production software the industry never made for emerging brands.

Brandon Steidley

Founder and CEO

Brandon started in supply chain, with a degree from Penn State, and spent years consulting for the names that define the industry, advising Nike and New Balance at Deloitte before bringing the same rigor to emerging brands working on a fraction of the budget. He moved into AI, building workflow products at Amazon, and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was president of the university’s flagship startup and venture capital conference. He started Silhouet after more than a hundred discovery interviews with the brands the industry’s tooling ignores.

Chris Lee

Technical Lead

Chris is a Columbia computer science graduate student on the machine learning track who studies how people work with what AI generates. He first-authored “User Engagement With Intermediate Representations in LLM-Assisted Audio Programming,” presented at the ICML 2026 Workshop on Human-AI Co-Creativity in Seoul and accepted to VL/HCC 2026, with the Barnard Programming Languages Lab. He came to code from jazz, with work performed at Carnegie Hall. At Silhouet he builds the AI: the design-to-spec engine, the production agents, and the factory-readiness check.

Mark Hrytchak

Software Engineer

Mark is a Columbia computer science student and an engineer who ships. He won a DevPost hackathon for SkyHigh, an AI rescue robot built on a multi-agent pipeline, and has done software engineering at FundraiseUp and built and refactored Shopify storefronts in prior work.
